My time as a CRM Operations Intern at AD Naik Wealth Management exposed me to several customer relationship management functions that support client servicing within the wealth management industry. Working within the CRM framework, I came to understand how data management, client information tracking, and communication workflows together support consistent and reliable service delivery.
The internship also gave me a clearer view of how CRM operations fit within the broader operational structure of a wealth management practice, particularly the weight given to data accuracy, procedural discipline, and timely coordination in sustaining dependable client interactions. Alongside this, I developed a reasonable understanding of professional workplace conduct, including communication practices and general corporate etiquette. On the whole, this internship offered useful insight into how CRM operations function within the wealth management sector.
